Click here to download the application form [PDF format, 28 KB] 2009 Scholarships - SBNS 5th Annual Scholarships Awards The Sylvia Bond Nursing Society was excited to be able to provide nursing scholarships for the fifth year. The Board and Committee ave been able to increase awards, thanks to generous donations to the SBNS Medcen Fund. The Scholarship Committee received numerous applicants and awarded four $2,000 Nursing scholarships. The 2009 Scholarship recipients were Kelly Aikens, Rachel Ezell, Karen Matson, and Cody Mosher. Recipients were recognized and awarded during the May 2009 PACE Ceremony at The Medical Center of Central Georgia.
